Abstract: Abstract Background Neurological complications after covid-19 are well described. TMS plays a role in the treatment of this condition. However, the use of TMS in neurological complications following Covid-19 vaccination are not yet reported in the literature. Methods The patient was treated with the FDA approved protocol for depression. The challenges during treatment are described. Results The patient had major mood and functional symptoms fluctuations during the treatment. However, after the completion of the treatment those fluctuations stopped and the improvement was rapid over the following month, being symptoms free at 1 year after the treatment, regaining the previous functional level. Conclusions TMS can have a role in the treatment of neurological complications post Covid-19 vaccine, but in our experience, there are certain pattern of expected reactions during the treatment and response consolidate after the completion of treatment.Short Description: Neurological complications after covid-19 are well described.
