Cameron Douglas to Deliver Keynote Address at NCAD East and West

Actor/author Cameron Douglas will deliver a keynote address at both the 2020 National Conference on Addiction Disorders (NCAD) East in Baltimore and NCAD West in Anaheim, it was announced on Tuesday.

Douglas, son of actor Michael Douglas, wrote the Amazon bestseller “Long Way Home,” which details his descent into drug abuse, crime and incarceration, as well as his rise to recovery and returning to his family and society.

Produced by HMP, the National Conference on Addiction Disorders provides education and networking for addiction, behavioral and mental health professionals. NCAD East takes place July 31-Aug. 2 in Baltimore, and NCAD West will convene Aug. 17-19 in Anaheim.
