Northpoint Recovery Hires Medical Director for Washington Operation

Northpoint Recovery, which operates addiction treatment facilities in Idaho and Washington, has named Brian Smart, MD, medical director of its Washington centers.
Smart's previous experience includes serving as medical director at Smoky Point Behavioral Health, associate medical director at Eating Recovery Center of Washington, and staff psychiatrist at Harborview Medical Center.
Northpoint Recovery, a portfolio company of Orchard Holdings Group and Atigun Capital Partners, opened its first facility in Boise in 2009 and now operates five other locations in the Pacific Northwest. It offers a continuum of residential, outpatient and alumni services.
