Addiction professionals in the Baltimore, Maryland community and beyond came together on October 22, 2013, to discuss building a recovery-oriented system of care (ROSC).
The event, produced by Addiction Professional, featured several panelists who provided their insights on ROSC.
Dr. Jeff Gary, the Clinical Director of First Step of Maryland and a panelist at this event, noted that in a recovery-oriented system of care providers must do more than just share what community resources are available. Providers need to help their clients learn how to access these resources.
