Promises hires director for young-adult program

Frank Sanchez, PhD, LMFT, a former program director at Phoenix House, has been hired as program director for Promises Treatment Centers' young-adult treatment program in West Los Angeles. The program's patients receive tradituional therapies as well as a variety of experiential and fitness-based interventions.
Sanchez also works as an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University and California Lutheran University, teaching courses in addictions and gender and sexuality.
A news release from Promises states that Sanchez has 15 years of substance use treatment experience and an extensive background in addressing co-occurring disorders in youths.
