Jay Crosson, who has been serving as Nashville, Tenn.-based Cumberland Heights' interim CEO since last November, has been officially named to the top leadership position in the 12-Step based addiction treatment organization.
Crosson has served as Cumberland Heights' chief financial officer since 2011. He was hired at the facility in 1993 as an admissions associate, four years after receiving treatment at the facility. He also worked in accounts receivable roles in the organization.
“After six months of interviewing top candidates, I am pleased to say that we found the ideal person in Jay, who understands the organization inside and out and is prepared to lead Cumberland Heights to the next level,” Cumberland Heights board chairman Jay Perkins said in a news release.
