Georgia organization promotes official to executive director role

Robert Bicknell “Bic” Clark has been promoted to serve as executive director of the growing Georgia Detox and Recovery Centers (GDRC), an Atlanta-based organization that offers detox, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care at several locations in the state.

Clark joined GDRC in January 2014, serving as program director at its Marietta and Augusta locations. The organization now is operating four new treatment center locations. GDRC is affilated with the Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University.

Clark formerly served in a variety of roles at Talbott Recovery, including as director of transitional programs and co-director of alumni services.
