Jimmy Mooney named VP of business development for MAP Health Management, LLC
MAP Health Management, LLC, a provider of outcome data, aftercare programs and revenue cycle management for addiction treatment facilities, has announced that Jimmy Mooney, an addiction treatment veteran, has joined the company as vice president of business development.
Mooney has more than 35 years of experience in the field and will be developing new strategic partnerships with substance abuse facilities to expand market distribution of MAP’s core products and new initiatives.
Prior to joining MAP, Mooney was CEO and chairman of the board at Willingway Hospital, an addiction treatment facility in Statesboro, Ga. founded by his parents in 1971. He took the leadership helm in 1996.
Mooney was the recipient of the Evolution of Addiction Treatment’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015, the Georgia House of Representatives’ HR 183 Recognition of Lifetime Achievement in 2013, and the Georgia Hospital’s Heroes Lifetime Achievement Award in 2012.
