Cumberland Heights names clinical research director

Nick Hayes, M.S., has been named director of clinical research and outcomes at the Nashville, Tenn.-based Cumberland Heights treatment organization, where his work will include engaging in predictive analytics and collaborating with institutions of higher education.
Hayes is a dually licensed marriage and family therapist-associate and chemical dependency counselor, also trained in quantitative methods and systems theory. His work at Cumberland Heights will also involve the areas of efficacious treatment protocols and feedback-informed treatment procedures, according to a news release from the treatment facility.
Hayes is a doctoral student in Texas Tech University's Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy Graduate Program.
