Deadline extended to Sept. 27 to complete Quality of Life Survey

We have extended the deadline to Tuesday, Sept. 27 for completing our Addiction Professional 2016 Quality of Life Survey. It takes less than five minutes to complete our online survey, so please join us in assessing how clinical professionals in the addiction field view their workplaces and the profession.
We will analyze the survey results in our Fall 2016 print issue. All responses will remain anonymous, as data will be published in the aggregate.
Everyone who completes the survey is eligible to enter a drawing for a $100 American Express gift card.
