Faces & Voices names new director of operations

Faces & Voices of Recovery has named Phil Rutherford director of operations. Rutherford is a certified peer recovery specialist and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a specialization in substance use disorders.
Rutherford most recently served as director of operations at Recovery Is Happening in Rochester, Minn., a recovery community organization. He has been an active member of Minnesota's recovery community.
Most of his career was spent in corporate sales, marketing and management at companies such as Microsoft and Micron Electronics.
