Promises hires associate medical director for professional treatment

Matthew Goldenberg, DO, a medical staff member at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences in Los Angeles, has been named associate medical director of professionals health services at Promises Treatment Centers.
The Elements Behavioral Health treatment organization serves licensed professionals such as pilots and physicians, who require fitness-for-duty evaluations, at Promises' Santa Monica, Calif., location. “Many people feel shame for seeking the care that they need and doctors and other professionals are no exception,” Goldenberg said in an Aug. 9 news release.
Promises also operates facilities in Malibu and West Los Angeles in California, as well as in Austin, Texas.
