Staff members prominent in Cumberland Heights advertising campaign

As it approaches its 50th anniversary in 2016, the Nashville, Tenn.-based Cumberland Heights addiction treatment facility has launched a regional advertising campaign that opens by highlighting program staffers who are in recovery.

The “Recover Life” campaign, which will incorporate print, broadcast, digital and billboard formats, will subsequently feature Cumberland Heights alumni, followed by family members of alumni. Chief development and marketing officer Martha Farabee said in a news release in regard to staff, “With many of our staff members living successfully in recovery, they are role models for patients and able to build trust that is crucial for the recovery process.”

In the ads, the Cumberland Heights staff members hold up a sober coin and state how long they have been in recovery. The campaign is mainly targeting family members of persons with addictions, as well as addicts.
