The Manor hires clinical director with significant primary care background
Wisconsin-based residential treatment facility The Manor has announced the appointment of Chantelle Thomas, PhD, as executive clinical director. Thomas, who has worked extensively with primary care systems, joined The Manor last May as a clinical psychologist.
According to a news release from the treatment facility, Thomas has focused a great deal in her work on assessment and treatment of substance use disorders in individuals with complex co-occurring medical and behavioral health issues. At Access Community Health Center, affiliated with the University of Wisconsin, Thomas helped to develop a substance use disorder consultation clinic embedded in primary care services.
Thomas also serves as the primary psychological consultant to the University of Wisconsin's Center for Health Enhancement System Studies.
