Fellowship House Joins Centerstone to Expand Treatment in Southern Illinois

The Fellowship House, a private, not-for-profit provider of treatment for SUD and co-occurring problems, in Anna, Illinois, announced it is joining with Centerstone, a not-for-profit mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider with operations in six states. The move is designed to expand substance use disorder treatment services in southern Illinois.

The deal between the two organizations will be completed in two phases in 2020: In the first phase, the two companies will do business under the Centerstone name and the Fellowship House board of directors will be invited to join Centerstone’s board. In July, Fellowship employees will officially transition into the Centerstone organization.

Current Fellowship clients and staff will not notice any gaps in care or employment, the companies said in a news release announcing the deal.
