Lindner Center of Hope Announces Leadership Transition
The Lindner Center of Hope, a mental health treatment provider based in Mason, Ohio, has announced that Paul R. Crosby, MD, has transitioned into the role of president and chief operating officer. Founding president and chief executive officer Paul Keck, MD, will continue as CEO and also continue serving patients in the organization’s outpatient practice.
Crosby, who is also associate professor and vice chair of psychiatry and behavioral neuroscience at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, has been with the Lindner Center since the facility opened in 2008, and has served in a variety of leadership roles. In 2020, Crosby has led the center’s pandemic response, including communication coordination, establishment of safety best practices, and conversion of many outpatient services to telehealth and work-from-home arrangements for staff.
As president, he will lead Lindner Center’s strategic and operational activities. Board-certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, he will continue to provide outpatient psychiatric consultation to children and families.
