Summit BHC Enters New Jersey with Deal to Acquire Seabrook

Summit BHC announced that it recently acquired addiction treatment provider Seabrook, marking Summit BHC’s entry into the state of New Jersey.
Seabrook, which has been in business for 46 years, operates a 153-bed inpatient facility, as well as three intensive outpatient programs. With the acquisition, the Summit BHC portfolio now includes 22 freestanding facilities in the U.S.
Mergers and acquisitions firm Mertz Taggart provided sell-side services to Seabrook in the deal.
