Autism Learning Partners, a private and full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities, on Wednesday announced that its board of directors has appointed Richard Fish as chief executive officer. Fish, who has spent nearly 30 years in the field, succeeds the retiring Jeffrey Winter.

Most recently, Fish was CEO of the independent physician association Brown & Toland Medical Group, where he led efforts to expand value-based care programs in the San Francisco Bay area. Fish has also served in leadership roles with Talbert Medical Group, Heritage Provider Network and FHP International.

Taking the reins of Pasadena, California-based ALP, Fish will lead an organization with 3,000 employees, including 180 board-certified behavior analysts, with locations in 15 states.
