Glenn County in California chooses Anasazi

Anasazi Software, Inc., a provider of comprehensive behavioral healthcare software solutions, has announced that Glenn County in California has begun implementation of Anasazi’s Client Data, Assessment, Treatment Plan, Scheduling, Managed Care, Cost Accounting and Doctor’s HomePage Systems.

Glenn County Mental Health, headquartered in Willows, California provides counseling, crisis assessments, psychiatric evaluations and treatment of mental health to consumers residing in the county.

As a small county, Glenn found it challenging to find a behavioral health software vendor that provided the level of support they needed, without imposing a cost that was prohibitive. “The partnership of Anasazi Software and Kings View provided an affordable solution and support that was unmatched by other vendors.” stated Scott Gruendl, Glenn County Mental Health Director. He went on to say, “Anasazi Software provides the sophistication of a large county solution without the complexity. They give our county the ability to meet difficult state and federal regulations with ease.”

Kings View, headquartered in Fresno, is an industry leader in providing training, implementation, deployment and support services for electronic health records. Kings View’s great success with implementing Anasazi Software with several other California counties also played a large factor in Glenn County’s selection of Anasazi Software and Kings View. Scott further stated, “The support Kings View provides from implementation design to cost reporting to monthly billing is exactly what we have been searching for.”

Bryan Griffiths, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Anasazi Software, stated, “We are thrilled to see that even small counties are seeing boosts in their revenue by converting to Anasazi Software. Since entering the California market in 2005, we have proven that success can be shown in adoption of EHRs for small, medium and large counties. No matter the organizations size, they all need to meet the same requirements of billing and reporting.”
