BayMark acquires Counseling Solutions MAT centers

BayMark Health Services announced that it has acquired Counseling Solutions, a medication-assisted treatment provider founded in 2016. Its two locations, in Chatsworth, Ga., and Brasstown, N.C., will now operate under the MedMark Treatment Centers brand. MedMark facilities provide outpatient MAT services for opioid addiction and dependency in combination with addiction counseling and behavioral therapies.
Zac Talbott, co-owner of both Counseling Solutions locations will remain on board as treatment center director for the Chatsworth location.
