MindLinc-Duke selected to provide EHR to ACaP, adds call center functionality

MindLinc-Duke, a behavioral healthcare Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology provider, has announced that Arkansas Counseling and Psychodiagnostics (Arkadelphia, AR) selected MindLinc as their comprehensive behavioral health EHR solution.

Additionally, MindLinc-Duke has announced its release of new Call Center functionality to support its customers in managing crisis calls, referrals and marketing.

MindLinc’s call center functionality provides customers with the tools for their call center staff to effectively and efficiently capture and log caller data, evaluate and triage, and manage referrals and marketing.
