New Majority Owner Takes Over Integrative Life Center in Nashville

Nashville-based Integrative Life Center (ILC) has a new majority owner and CEO. Ryan Chapman joins founders Lee McCormick and Holly Cook in leading the eight-year-old organization that provides residential and outpatient treatment for addiction, trauma, eating disorders and other mental health challenges.

Chapman, 35, founded (and later sold) Premier Parking, a national parking service company. He moves into the addiction treatment industry as a person in recovery himself since the age of 18.

“While my career has focused on business, the world of addiction and recovery has been a big part of my journey,” Chapman said in a news release. “I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to dedicate this next chapter of my life to an industry and experience that helped shape me at an early age. I am a believer in the healing power of holistic, spiritual, integrative treatment and look forward to sharing this impactful approach with others.”

ILC’s treatment approach incorporates cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies, motivational interviewing, somatic psychotherapy, EMDR and brainspotting. The provider encourages participation in 12-Step programs and integrates mindfulness, yoga, acupuncture, equine therapy and breath work.

In addition to maintaining its legacy programs, ILC announced it plans to add a treatment track for those with co-occurring dependencies and eating disorders.
