Seabrook House announces the opening of two New Jersey treatment facilities
In order to provide additional drug and alcohol treatment to area residents, Seabrook House has announced the opening of two new full service outpatient programs.
"We already offer detox services along with inpatient and extended care programs, which includes outpatient counseling located on our main campus near Bridgeton, New Jersey,”said President Ed Diehl. “The new facilities that recently opened in Cherry Hilland Northfield will allow us to reach even more South Jersey and Philadelphia area residents seeking treatment.”
"The Cherry Hill and Northfield recovery services are offered in an outpatient setting where men and women attend individual counseling and group meetings each week," said Diehl. "Too often those who need treatment feel that they can not take time away from work to get the help they truly desire. Our outpatient programs are an excellent option to those who need to work a program around school, work and other daily responsibilities. Additionally, most insurance covers outpatient addiction treatment."
The Cherry Hill and Northfield treatment centers will be supervised by Seabrook’s Director of Outpatient Services, Ann Marie Bescherer, Ph.D., MBA., NCC., LPC., LCADC.
According to Diehl, both new facilities provide comfortable meeting rooms, and are complete with a cafe lounge with wifi for patients to congregate. These facilities will also be used for self help meetings, AA, NA and Al-Anon family groups.
"There is both limited access to care and an increased demand for high quality addiction treatment services in these local communities," said Diehl. "Our current inpatient population will benefit greatly from the opening of Northfield and Cherry Hill. Both facilities fulfill a need in offering accessible aftercare to transition back into regular work and home life."
