Psychedelics Briefs: Field Trip Health, Nue Life Health, Ketamine Wellness Centers
Field Trip Health announced this week that it has partnered with Nue Life Health, a public benefits corporation that provides telehealth-based mental wellness and at-home ketamine treatments, to launch Field Trip at Home Powered by Nue Life.
The at-home ketamine treatment platform will allow patients to receive Nue Life’s ketamine interventions and use the company’s interactive companion app and virtual aftercare programs. For Field Trip, the partnership expands the company’s availability beyond its 12 existing locations across North America and Europe.
The deal is the first step in Field Trip’s clinical and technology-focused expansion that was a key part of the company’s recent decision to split its operations into 2 separate businesses, Ronan Levy, Field Trip executive chairman and proposed CEO for its new Health & Wellness brand, said in a news release.
Ketamine Wellness Centers Partners With Veterans Administration in Arizona
Ketamine Wellness Centers (KWC), a subsidiary of Delic Holdings Corporation, announced that it has partnered with the Veterans Administration (VA) in Arizona to provide ketamine therapy for veterans suffering from treatment-resistant depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anxiety. Therapy will be provided at KWC’s clinics in Phoenix, Tucson, and Mesa-Gilbert at no out-of-pocket cost with prior authorization.
KWC previously partnered with the VA Community Care Network to offer ketamine treatments for vets at no out-of-pocket costs at the company’s locations in Burnsville, Minnesota, and Naperville, Illinois.
