Fight the Resistance: The Use of the Ostial Flash Balloon in a Highly Resistive Right Coronary Artery Lesion

In this case, we describe use of the Flash Ostial System (Ostial Corporation), designed specifically to treat ostial lesions, particularly those with calcific and resistant stenoses. The low profile of the EluNIR stent (Cordis, A Cardinal Health company) was helpful in delivery to the resistant and calcific in-stent restenosis in the proximal right coronary artery (RCA).
