Advancement of excimer laser (Spectranetics) across the resistant lesion. Due to unsuccessful lesion dilatation using the multiple balloons and techniques described above, excimer laser debulking of the lesion was performed using a 0.9mm ELCA X-80 laser catheter (Spectranetics) (Figure 7, Video 8).
