This program is designed to review a new endovascular tool to approach complex lesions with mixed plaque morphology using atherectomy with thrombectomy. Content includes an examination of the pathology of CLI, an overview of a newly available device, an analysis of clinical data from Leipzig, and a brief review of challenging PAD interventions.
