Working Together in WI

March 2007

In January, I had a chance to attend my home state EMS conference held in Milwaukee, WI-the 21st Working Together Emergency Services Conference.

With 2,500 attendees, Working Together is one of the best-attended EMS conferences in the U.S.

While much of the conference attendee base is from Wisconsin, growing participation continues to come from Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota, as well as many other states.

Over a dozen national speakers helped to provide a total of 53 session topics including nine preconference offerings. The conference featured more than 130 companies displaying their products and services throughout a 90,000-square-foot exhibit hall.

As in previous years, several of Wisconsin's helicopter services participated in the event by landing on the roof of the exposition center and being towed inside to offer EMS providers an up-close look.

Complete photo and video coverage, along with conference statistics and participant comments, are available on-line in the conference section at www.WisconsinEMS.com.

I am also excited to announce that readers of EMS Magazine and our sister publication EMS Product News will be selecting the top EMS products of 2007!

You cast your vote by using the "Free Product Information" card bound into the magazine to request more information on products or services offered in the two publications. The information is free and there is no obligation to buy.

The products that generate the most interest from our readers in 2007 will be highlighted in the January 2008 issues of both magazines. So vote early and vote often for the products and services that interest you most!

In the meantime, I welcome your comments on the contents of this issue. E-mail Scott.Cravens@cygnusb2b.com
