Terrorism Preparedness Training

St. Petersburg College’s National Terrorism Preparedness Institute (NTPI), funded by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office for Domestic Preparedness, produces monthly satellite and web streaming broadcasts that provide terrorism preparedness training for first responders through distance learning. NTPI offers CoMNET—a news-magazine program containing feature stories, responder news and a calendar of events, and Live Response—a live panel of experts exploring topics related to WMD incident management and encouraging viewer participation.
