inHealth Ambulance Service Donates Ambulance to Ukrainian Soldiers
VALPARAISO, IN—inHealth Ambulance Service has announced that it has donated one of its ambulances stocked with medical equipment and supplies to the ongoing humanitarian effort in Ukraine.
The company’s first international aid effort includes 10 EMS stretchers, two EMS stair chairs, and three spine boards donated to the front line in the Ukraine war.
The ambulance and equipment handover took place March 30 at the inHealth Valparaiso base and included an opportunity for anyone to drop off supplies to be loaded into the ambulance and shipped overseas.
Visitors had the opportunity to write well wishes and prayers with a permanent marker inside and outside the ambulance.
This donation was made possible by a partnership between inHealth, US Ambulances for Ukraine, and the UA Resistance Foundation. inHealth's donation joined a shipment of other emergency vehicles designated for Ukraine.
The inHealth donation will be the 38th emergency vehicle US Ambulances for Ukraine has organized, and all are serving on the front lines to support those in need.
