Two Shocked While Working at Iowa Tire Plant

DES MOINES, Iowa --

Two men were seriously hurt after they were shocked while working on a motor at Titan Tire on Friday morning.

Des Moines police said David Yazell, 27, cut into a power line that he was told was off had been turned off and he was shocked.

A coworker, Jevan Polo, 23, tried to pull Yazell away -- and he was also shocked.

Both men were taken to Mercy Medical Center. Both were treated and released.
