Several Injuries Reported in Conn. School Bus Crash

FARMINGTON, Conn. --

Police in Farmington said injuries were reported after a school bus and two cars collided on Friday afternoon.

The crash was on Route 4 near Town Hall around 4 p.m.

Police said the bus and a car collided head on and the impact of that collision pushed them into another car.

Police said 11 students were on the bus and all suffered minor injuries. One of the students was sent to the hospital as a precautionary measure but was expected to be OK.

Both the driver of the bus and the driver of the car that was involved in the head on collision were sent to St. Francis Hospital by ambulance.
