Wis. Woman Accuses EMT of Fondling, Taking Photos

RACINE — A Racine County woman testified Tuesday that a Kenosha County ambulance crew member fondled her three times in the back of the vehicle while two other men talked up front.

The woman said she had just experienced two seizures on July 19, 2011, while at a Kenosha County Girl Scout camp. The ambulance crew was driving her to a Racine hospital, she said, when Capt. Jodin D. Froeber, 38, of Somers, sexually assaulted her and took pictures of her exposed chest while strapped down to a stretcher.
