At Least 10 Ambulances Sent to Bus Crash at O`Hare

Aug. 29--At least 10 ambulances have been sent to the scene of a bus accident at O'Hare International Airport this morning.

There were no immediate details about injuries in the crash, which occurred around 6:30 a.m. at Bessie Coleman Drive and Interstate 190 when a shuttle bus apparently struck a median, according to fire officials.

Some passengers could be see lying on the sidewalk being attended by police and fire officials. An Emergency Medical Services Plan 2 has been called.

Officials were trying to clear traffic to get ambulances to the scene.
