PRESS RELEASE
ZOLL® Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei Group Company that manufactures medical devices and related software solutions, today announced that the ZOLL 2019 EMT Scholarship Program is now open for applications.
Candidates can submit their applications online at bit.ly/2CrL1s5 between now and April 15. The winners will be announced during National EMS Week, May 19-25.
The intent of the ZOLL EMT Scholarship Program is to award medical education grants annually to up to 12 qualifying EMTs who demonstrate a career commitment to the profession. “As we embark on the fourth year of this program, ZOLL’s commitment to strengthening the profession remains strong,” said Elijah A. White, President of ZOLL Resuscitation. “This program has a dual payoff. Not only does the profession benefit from the advancement of these candidates, but so do the communities and patients they eventually will serve.”
