ESO has four predictions for American EMS in 2022.

After consulting the data, speaking with leaders in the field, and applying their own insider information, ESO's research and EMS technology teams have issued four predictions for American EMS in 2022 as part of the company's 2022 ESO EMS Predictions report.

ESO predicts the following for this year:

EMS agencies will continue to face staffing challenges;
COVID-19 will permanently change EMS—both positively and negatively;
New measures for success will emerge;
Wearables and other emerging technology will have an impact.
