The Pella community ambulance director will lead full-time and paid-on-call staff in maintaining a culture of excellence. Reporting to and working with a volunteer board of directors, this individual will set the strategic vision and operational priorities for the service, develop and manage the budget, and provide oversight of experienced and outgoing paramedics. The director will oversee billing and reimbursement practices, assure operational compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, and maintain relevant training protocols.
