New Trauma Patient Simulator Demo Now Available for Agencies

PRESS RELEASE

May is National Stop the Bleed month with National Stop the Bleed Day on May 23rd. TCCS (Tactical Casualty Care Simulator) is the latest hyper-real, fully-lifelike human patient trauma simulator for training critical protocols for bleed control and other life-saving point-of-injury procedures in active shooter and mass casualty events.

TCCS will be available for demonstration purposes upon request and will also be in display at the upcoming SOMSA annual meeting in Charlotte, NC, May 7-9 and at the Warrior West show in San Diego, May 14-15. Interviews will be available upon request.

Point-of-injury trauma care training is central to saving lives on the battlefield or in pre-hospital environments. The US Army ranks uncontrolled bleeding as the #1 preventable cause of death on the battlefield and 90% of combat deaths occur before the casualty reaches a medical treatment facility. TCCS is designed to provide medical personnel with the latest  technology for TCCC training for all combatants and first responders as well as prolonged medical field care in austere combat environments.
