Prodigy EMS, Handtevy Team Up to Deliver Online Learning Content

Prodigy EMS, the Cambridge, Mass.-based online Learning Management System and Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc., developer of the Handtevy Pediatric System, partner to offer Handtevy’s CAPCE certified Pre-Hospital Pediatric Provider Course in an online format making accessibility for the acclaimed course easy. The online training component features Dr. Peter Antevy lecturing in an engaging multi-cam format that breaks from the traditional online content and is structured to be followed by an immersive hands-on portion unique to the Handtevy style of pediatric education.  

The blended training is designed to give the national EMS audience easy access to the popular Handtevy provider course with a convenient online platform. Utilizing a mix of lecture, interviews, and case-based scenarios, this course provides an immersive online and hands-on experience that will give pre-hospital professionals access to best-in-class pediatric education.

The class can be taken as a standalone training earning 2 CAPCE credits or can be combined with an in-person skills session to receive the full Handtevy provider certification. Both Prodigy and Handtevy will be exhibiting at the upcoming EMS Today 2020 conference in Tampa and will be located next to each other in booths 527 and 529 in the exhibition hall where product demonstrations for both products will be available.
