NPPGov Public Safety GPO Expands Offerings to EMS Market
PRESS RELEASE
NPPGov Public Safety GPO, a provider of public safety cooperative purchasing, has recently added additional offerings specifically tailored for emergency medical services (EMS).
Recent additions to the portfolio include Medline Industries, Zoll Medical Corporation, Life-Assist, Ferno, SourceMark, LabSource, Digital Alley, AXON and McKesson. NPPGov owns all the agreements they offer to their members.
NPPGov currently offers more than 100 publicly procured agreements for products and services, along with a discount program for individual members from numerous name brand vendors such as AT&T FirstNet, Staples, FoxFury and Batteries Plus Bulbs.
“We see a real need to offer EMS organizations the opportunity to purchase easily by harnessing the buying power of our 45,000 member organizations,” said Bill DeMars, Executive Director of NPPGov. “Our membership base is growing rapidly, and we are responding by adding additional vendor partners to fulfill member needs.”
Additionally, NPPGov offers a revenue sharing program for qualified State EMS and fire organizations. The NPPGov shareback program allows state EMS and fire organizations the opportunity to earn a quarterly revenue shareback to financially support their organization.
As an additional benefit to our members and vendors, NPPGov has dedicated Regional Managers to help navigate all stages of the procurement process, assisting members in piggybacking with existing national contracts, thereby reducing the lengthy RFP process. Expediting the RFP process allows members to save time and money during the procurement process. End users obtain the products they want at the right price, in a shortened timeframe.
NPPGov membership is free with no purchasing obligations. Members have access to a large variety of publicly solicited and awarded contracts to simplify purchasing, while complying with state procurement requirements.
