Left Ventricular Delivery Tool to Access the Right Ventricle in Persistent Superior Vena Cava

These videos accompany a case report by L. Bing Liem, DO et al. They describe a scenario associated with increased difficulty in the placement of a right ventricular lead, especially when a right ventricular apical position is desired (e.g., for an ICD system). They proceeded with a left-sided entry and use of a LV lead delivery system to facilitate entry into the right ventricle.
