Dr Fein is the CEO of Drug Channels Institute, a leading management educator for and about the pharmaceutical industry. Dr Fein is one of the country’s foremost experts on pharmaceutical economics and the drug distribution system. He has published hundreds of academic and industry articles, and is regularly quoted in such national publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, and many others. Most people know him from his popular and influential Drug Channels website (DrugChannels.net), the go-to source for definitive and comprehensive industry analysis, delivered with a witty edge. Dr Fein earned his doctoral degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA, summa cum laude, from Brandeis University. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and their two children.

Ms Gill is Head of J.P. Morgan’s Healthcare Technology and Distribution team. Ms Gill has been a member of the highly regarded J.P. Morgan Healthcare research team for 20 years. She has been ranked #1 by Institutional Investor for the past 8 years and has consistently been ranked in the top 3 by Institutional Investor and external polls since 2005. She holds a BBA with a concentration in accounting from Siena College and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr Long is Vice President of Industry Relations at IQVIA (formerly QuintilesIMS), the world’s largest pharmaceutical information company. IQVIA offers services to the pharmaceutical industry in over 101 countries around the globe. Doug has been with IQVIA since 1989. His fundamental task is to help secure data for all existing and new databases supported by IQVIA; manage supplier, manufacturer, and association relationships; and develop information for data partners. As a direct consequence of his involvement in these areas, Mr Long has considerable experience with, and a unique perspective on, the changing US and global health care marketplace and pharmaceutical distribution. Mr Long is a frequent industry speaker and is the recipient of the 2016 IFPW Leadership Award and the distinguished “Harold W. Pratt Award” in 2011. Prior to receiving the Pratt Award, Doug was honored with the HDMA NEXUS Award for lifetime achievement in 2004, the IMS prestigious Summit Award in 2003, and the IMS CEO Team award in 2013. Before joining IMS Health, Mr Long held positions at Nielsen Market Research for 16 years in various sales and marketing capacities. A native of Illinois, Mr Long received a BA from DePauw University and holds an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
