What’s Happening at ISPOR 2019?

During ISPOR 2019, more than 4000 HEOR stakeholders that include policy makers, payers, thought leaders, researchers, decision makers, and representatives will gather in New Orleans to discuss the 2019 conference theme, "Rapid. Disruptive. Innovative: A New Era in HEOR."

ISPOR is an organization that is recognized for its leading educational and scientific achievements in health economics and outcomes research. It is also known for its use in health care decisions.

During the conference attendees have the opportunity to meet other professionals in the health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) field. Further, attendees will be able to discuss new health care trends and learn from other experts in the field.

The conference is comprised of many sessions including:

• 3 Plenary Sessions;
• Pre-Conference Short Courses; and,
• More than 1800 conference presentations.

Attendees of the conference will have the ability to:

• Learn about different uses of HEOR;
• Engage with other experts in the field;
• Network with colleagues and collaborators;
• Share recent research and new ideas;
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in health care; and,
• Advance career opportunities.

ISPOR 2019 also has exhibit hall hours where attendees have the opportunity to network and learn about different vendors.

While attending ISPOR 2019, attendees also have the opportunity to enjoy New Orleans. Attendees have a wide variety of attractions during their stay. Attendees can visit the Outlet Collection at Riverwalk. They can enjoy the Riverwalk via walking and biking, bus, or rail. Additional attractions include visiting the French Quarter, enjoying local music, going on local tours of the town, and enjoying local eats.
