The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) is the leading professional organization for practitioners invested in the development and implementation of value-based care pathways within the managed care setting. Since its founding in 1988, AMCP boasts a membership of greater than 8000, comprised of pharmacists, physicians, nurses, mid-level providers, and other medical practitioners.
Nearly 2500 managed care pharmacy professionals gathered in Florida for the AMCP Nexus 2018 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. This year’s theme was “Preparing for the Next Generation of Care.” The conference features more than 30 educational sessions and many ancillary programs on the trends and emerging models affecting the practice of managed care pharmacy.
