This case highlights the use of the BTG CenterCross™ and BTG MicroCross™ to cross a complex mid-LAD CTO. The patient has a complex history of CAD in the target artery, visible by the proximal LAD stenting. After crossing the CTO utilizing the BTG CenterCross™, Dr. Yassin uses intravascular ultrasound to properly size the vessel for angioplasty and expansion of existing under-deployed stents.
