Giant Stent-Related Coronary Pseudoaneurysm

Video 1. Transthoracic echocardiogram showing a cavity abutting the anterolateral wall of the left ventricle. LV = left ventricle.

Video 2. Coronary angiogram showing occluded LAD stent, and the dye extravasating into a giant pseudoaneurysm. LAD = left anterior descending artery.

Video 3. Coronary angiogram revealed the complete exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm with distal TIMI-3 flow after LAD stent graft placement. LAD = left anterior descending artery.
