Video 1. Echocardiography showed a large, mobile, serpentine mass attached to the roof of right atrium.

Video 2. The thrombus in the right atrium completely resolved after systemic thrombolysis was done with tenecteplase.

Video 3. Pulmonary angiogram showed a dense filling defect in the main and right pulmonary arteries

Video 4. Pulmonary angiography showed minimal resolution of the filling defect after thrombo-suction.
