OCT Demonstrating a Type 3 Coronary Perforation

Video Supplement to “Type 3 Coronary Perforation on Optical Coherence Imaging" [November 2019 Clinical Images article by Thomson, et al].

Coronary perforation captured on OCT during a primary angioplasty procedure during a temporary cessation of contrast extravasation following balloon tamponade. The reason for the coronary rupture was a focal negative constrictive remodeling at the site of the rupture.
