Video supplement to “Coronary Caverns: Spontaneous Recanalized Chronic Total Occlusion With Multiple Microchannels,” by Akhtar et al. (April 2022 Clinical Images).

Spontaneous chronic total occlusion (CTO) recanalization is rare. It has scarcely been described previously and with minimal visual detail. In the following video series, urgent coronary angiogram reveals unobstructed left main stem, left anterior descending, and left circumflex arteries, while optical coherence tomography permits comprehensive visualization of the microchannels in a 65-year-old CTO patient.
