Video. Angiography showing a normal LM initially with a significant tortuous LCX lesion. After stenting the LCX, a new lesion in the body of the LM was confirmed to be a dissection with an IMH upon OCT. Bailout LM stenting was done with good apposition (OCT). IMH = intramural hematoma; LCX = left circumflex; LM = left main artery; OCT = optical coherence tomography.
